All sales are final. Because jewelry is a personal-use, body-contact item, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or color preference. This includes sized rings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, custom and personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards.
Defective or wrong item? Email hello@charmboxco.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or store credit.
Damaged in transit? Email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damaged item. Please hold onto the original mailer for at least 14 days.
