Returns
Custom item — for hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Pendant is permanently attached to the chain.
Ships in 30 days. This piece is custom-made to order. Production takes approximately 30 days before your order is dispatched. The shipping speed you select at checkout starts after production is complete.
We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. International orders are not currently accepted.
All sales are final. Because jewelry is a personal-use, body-contact item, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or color preference. This includes sized rings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, custom and personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards.
Defective or wrong item? Email hello@charmboxco.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or store credit.
Damaged in transit? Email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damaged item. Please hold onto the original mailer for at least 14 days.
