• 3–8 letters — all uppercase by default unless requested otherwise
• Letter size: ~¼" tall, evenly spaced for a clean profile
• No special characters: Custom text can include letters and numbers only. Symbols, emojis, accents, and punctuation are not allowed.

Materials & care

Hypoallergenic gold or silver plated base finished with our signature anti-tarnish coating, with stones set into every letter. Avoid water, perfume, and lotion, and never clean with harsh chemicals or an ultrasonic cleaner. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and store dry in the pouch provided to keep the sparkle looking new.

Shipping

Each Iced Floating Name Necklace is custom-made to order — please allow 3–4 weeks for crafting and shipping. Tracking is emailed as soon as your piece is dispatched. Weekends and holidays excluded.

Returns

As a custom-made item, all sales are final for hygiene and personalization reasons. Reach out within 48 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged.
