Ships same day on in-stock orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:00 PM EST. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.
We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. International orders are not currently accepted.

Defective or wrong item? Email hello@charmboxco.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or store credit.
