If you did not receive your order and you purchased Route shipping protection please file a claim with the link below. Please note you must wait 5 days after delivered status to file a claim.

If you did not receive your order and you declined Route shipping protection

Contact your local post office or UPS to check if the package is held with them.

In most instances, packages marked as delivered prematurely will usually arrive within the next 24 hours. Their number is 1-800-ASK-USPS

Lost or Stolen Packages

🔍 If your package is presumed lost or stolen, immediately email us. We’ll provide all available information to aid you in locating your package, including a tracking number, ship date, and last known location. However, Charmbox:

We are NOT liable for refunding or reshipping costs under circumstances including, but not limited to incorrect address, unclaimed/returned packages, and shipments lost or stolen during the parcel process.

Opting out of Route protection means that you agree to take full responsibility for any loss or damage occurring once the package leaves our facility.
