Overall experience was pretty good. I wasn’t expecting what I received. I was nervous about placing a order because when I went to call the number it didn’t work and that’s the number they have posted to get in contact with them so then I thought I was fraud over $1000 purchase, so I do think they need to update a current phone number and a working phone number to get in contact with them besides email they have posted but what I received I absolutely loved. I ordered a total of eight custom necklaces for my family that I love dearly Cuban link with the custom plate they were jaw dropping as I passed them out to family. They love the gifts. They also shared some tears and thank me very much for being so thoughtful of them so I want to thank charm box for providing me with such fabulous gifts , they did they big one and I really had anxiety thinking that they weren’t going to be like. I imagine them to be But boy was I wrong there everything to me and also to them so if you decide to purchase through charm box, trust me, you won’t be disappointed and you’ll thank me later Lol so Make that purchase no matter what it is I guarantee you’ll love it. The necklaces custom Cuban links with the plate was so fabulous that my other family members that I didn’t think needed was mad at me so now I have to order four more and I’ll be doing that really soon.
